1) Firstly, open up the 'Services' tab, and then simply click on 'My Services'.
2) You must then place your cursor over the service you wish to upgrade and then simply click on the row.
3) You will then find the 'Actions' section on the left of the page which contains the 'Upgrade/Downgrade Option' button.
4) You can now select what you wish to upgrade. Please place in a Support Ticket to process a location change.
5) Pay your next bill, and it will automatically upgrade your changes.
